Cosmic Origins

Ineke Vera De Soete Loup Lejeune Ief Spincemaille

Cosmic Origins immerses us in the perpetual cycle of creation, an ever-evolving dance between matter and energy, form and dissolution. Artists; Ineke Vera De Soete, Loup Lejeune and Ief Spincemaille explore, through their respective medium, our connection to the cosmos, the primal forces that shaped the Universe and the incessant flow between material and energy on Earth that originates from cosmic processes and continues to vibrate through every element of life on Earth.

Each artist traces a different trajectory through this vast web of origins. A dialogue between the infinitely large and the intimately small. Their encounter becomes a constellation of perspectives, where materials transform, dissolve, and re-emerge.

Time, in this shared exploration, is not a linear but a living rhythm. It stretches, folds, and breathes an echo of the cosmic cycles that sustain us. What is time, if not the pulse of existence itself?

In Cosmic Origins, boundaries blur. Matter becomes vibration, perception turns fluid, and the visible world opens to the invisible revealing new ways of seeing, and perhaps, new ways of being.

Haptic Illusion

Yuna Denis Stijn Eeckhout

Haptic Illusion drifts into the impapable realm of visual perception. Artists Yuna Denis and Stijn Eeckhout delve into the shifting nature of illusion and its many reflections.

The sea and the sky open onto infinity, a longing to touch what is fleeting, to hold the ephemeral. It is a space suspended between dream and reality, between two essential elements, between the brightness of day and the hush of nightfall.

For Stijn, it is the patient act of gazing, of capturing the pale white line of the horizon through his lens.

For Yuna, it is about shaping gestures into sculpture, transmuting the glitter of light on water, the shimmer of foam against stone, into forms that echo the brilliance of what forever escapes the hand.
